2. What data I process and why
Contact. If you write to me by email, form or WhatsApp, I process your name, contact details and what you tell me, in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to La carta de Solid, I process your email to send it to you. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent.
Clients. If you hire my services, I process your data to manage the project, invoicing and our professional relationship. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
3. How long I keep it
Contact data, for as long as the conversation lasts and up to one year afterwards if we don’t end up working together. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Client data, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law, such as tax obligations.
4. Who else has access
I do not share data with third parties unless legally required. I do work with providers that process data on my behalf, with the safeguards required by the GDPR:
- Hostinger, website and email hosting.

If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will do so with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
